Scanning from PaperPort

3. On the Advanced Interface choose Card Reader-Simplex

(one-sided) or Card Reader-Duplex (two-sided) from the drop-

down menu.

4. Click the Preview button to preview the card’s image before

scanning.

5. Review the image to determine if adjustments are needed.

6. To adjust a setting, click the setting in the list on the left.

7. (optional) To preview the image again, put the card back into

the scanner’s card reader slot, and click the Preview button

again. Readjust the settings if necessary.

8. When you’re satisfied with the card’s image, click the Scan

button.

9. When you’re finished scanning cards, click Done to close the

Advanced Interface.

When scanning is finished, a thumbnail image of the scanned

card appears on the PaperPort desktop. If you’re scanning

multiple cards, they appear as PaperPort stacks.

Choose Card Reader-Duplex

or Card Reader-Simplex from

the drop-down menu.

Click Preview to view the

image in the window.

Click Done to close the

Advanced Interface.

When you are satisfied

with the scan settings,

click Scan.
