E-mail
This section describes how to scan documents to send them as e-mail attachments.
You can specify destination addresses by using the screen keyboard to enter the
addresses, or by selecting from the Address Book. For more information on how to
make entries using this screen, refer to the following:
New Recipients – page 120
Address Book – page 121
Add Me – page 122
1.
Press the <All Services> button
on the control panel.
2.
Select [E-mail] on the touch
screen.
3.
Specify the required options.
Remove/Edit/Close Menu
Selecting a recipient in the recipient list pops up a menu that allows you to remove or
edit the recipient, or close the pop-up menu.
New Recipients
This feature allows you to enter recipients’ e-mail addresses using the screen
keyboard.
1.
Select [New Recipients] on the
[E-mail] screen.
2.
Enter an address.
3.
Select [Close].
To:/CC:/BCC:
The pull-down menu at the left-hand side of the address entry field allows you to switch
the recipient type between To, CC, and BCC.
More Characters
Displays the symbol keys on the screen.
+ Add
Select this button to enter another recipient’s e-mail address.
Hand-glass icon
Allows you to search the Address Book for the entered search string. Any names that
contain the search string will be found.
