Removing Media Jams

Printer Jams and Troubleshooting 6-9

2 Remove the jammed media by

pulling it toward you.

3 Close the printer’s rear cover.

4 If there still is a jam message,

open the printer’s top cover.

Pull the top latch to release the

top cover.

5 Remove the jammed media by

pulling it toward you.
