16. Integration with Color (Insertion of Color Pages)

Output from color xerographic printers should not be run through the printing path (fuser) of this family of

Copier/Printers. However, the prints can be used with the Post Process Inserter which bypasses the fuser.

If you plan to run prints through this family of Copier/Printers from other printing equipment, it is highly

recommended you test the application before committing to the job. Many factors (operating temperature of the

fuser, fuser oils, fix-reaction of toner/inks) impact the success of running these types of “overprint” applications.

17. Recommended Supplies

The consumable supplies designed for this copier/printer are engineered specifically for use in this product and

provide the highest and most consistent image quality, maximum productivity and up time. These consumable

supplies are designed with several replaceable units, which are replaced as needed by Xerox

Customer Service

Engineers for ERUs and by customers for CRUs.

NOTE: All yield estimates are based on 6% area coverage at standardized conditions using 8.5 in x 11in /A4 Xerox

20 lb bond (75 gsm) stock. Actual yields vary greatly depending on area coverage, paper stock, and image quality

control settings. Copy jobs versus print jobs can also affect yield estimates. Toner Cartridge yield per bottle will

vary depending on area coverage density setting, paper size, and environmental factors such as temperature and

humidity.
