Paper Jams

Jam Scenario 1
A paper jam has occurred while feeding from the envelope
feeder.
Control Panel Message Corrective Action
Env. Feeder Jam-
Remove All Envel
1
Remove all envelopes from the
envelope feeder.
Remove EnvFeeder
Open Front Cover

Lift slightly on the envelope
feeder and pull it out from the
printer.
3
Close the multi bypass feeder.
4
Open the front cover all the way
until it stops.
